Test Engineer

Job Description
  • Responsible in Characterizing of IP across various temperature and different split material
  • Work with design team and product test team to develop the Test plan
  • Work with vector generation and Simulation Team to get the right vectors and validate the same
  • Responsible on analyzing the volume data at FT and WS and provide the spec to screen the device
  • Responsible to handle and fix the low yield production lots at FT and WS

Job Requirements:
  • University Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic discipline with a basic understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals and circuit analysis
  • 3 plus years of experience in the Semiconductor domain as a Test / Product / validation Engineer with good knowledge on Semiconductor manufacturing process
  • Test Equipment programming & product debugging skills in ATE like Advantest 93K/ T2K, Teradyne FLEX/ETS Tester platforms, etc.

ATE Test Engineer

Job Requirements:
  • University Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic discipline with a basic understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals and circuit analysis
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with statistical analysis software package and techniques, quality and reliability testing. Wafer fabrication fundamentals are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, digital, analog, mixed-signal, power management and RF circuit analysis techniques
  • Working knowledge of Power Management IC (PMIC) measurement techniques such as line/load regulation, PSRR, transition time, power efficiency, jitter, phase noise, etc.
  • Expertise in LabView or hands on experience with Teradyne IFlex/UFlex or/and Advantest 93 ATE is a plus.
  • Good ASIC device level characterization skills
  • Able to work comfortably with lab equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source Meters, Battery Emulators, Spectrum analyzers, etc.

Test Engineer – RF

Job Description
  • Work with test setup such as PNA-X, PXA, network analyzers, noise figure measurement, sophisticated system tools such ET/DPD, system alignment, transceiver optimization as well as antenna tuners to optimize the performance
  • Collect and evaluate data to verify performance over temperature, Voltage and process corners
  • Summarize and create performance reports
  • Characterization Report includes all the parametric data from RFFE such as Rx path NF, noise circles, IP2/IM2, IP3/IM3, Gain modes, S-parameters of Rx path components, as well as Tx path PAE, Gain, ACLR, power sweep, Rx Band Noise, Spectrum Emission Mask, s-par, x-par, Load-pull, Out-of-band rejection, frequency sweep, etc.
  • Bench HW & SW development for characterization test
  • Develop Characterization Test Plans to report the performance of RFFE products in a highly automated RF test set-up
  • Design and develop engineering evaluation test boards for RFFE products. Test board and RFFE module assembly (soldering)
  • Select, implement, and maintain test equipment necessary for RFFE product characterization
  • Work with RFFE Module and IC design team to maintain, optimize, and release chip setting for overall optimized product performances.

Engineering Technician

Job Description
  • Setting up Measurement benches, performing RF measurements, processing data, analyzing results,
  • partnering with design/characterization/product/test engineers to debug issues.
  • IC validation/characterization/production on bench and ATE platforms for RF devices.
  • Solid understanding of RF principles and RF engineering tools (Smith Chart, Matching, Trace Loss Measurements)
  • Basic Statistics
  • Very strong people skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (o-scope, power meter, vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator).
  • Understanding of basic electrical engineering concepts, digital and analog circuit analysis techniques
